TTSQ provides HR consulting, compliance, labour relations, recruitment, payroll, statutory administration, B-BBEE and Employment Equity, and related business support services. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed with you directly, whether through a written proposal, quote, or service agreement.
Fees for specific engagements will be set out in a proposal, quote, or service agreement provided before work begins. Statutory or third-party costs (such as SETA, CCMA, or registration fees) are separate from our professional fees unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client information, including employee records and business data, as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or where required by law.
While we provide services with reasonable skill and care, TTSQ's advice does not replace independent legal advice on matters with significant legal risk. TTSQ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
